Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ReVision AI application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

ReVision AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate interior design visualizations based on photos you provide. The App transforms images of rooms into alternative design styles for visualization purposes only.

User Accounts

Some features of the App require you to create an account or sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

ReVision AI offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free: Includes 3 room transformations with access to all design styles
• Pro: Monthly subscription with unlimited transformations, custom prompts, and priority processing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating design transformations.

You represent that you have the right to upload any photos you submit and that your use of the App does not violate any third party's rights.

AI-Generated Content

The design visualizations generated by the App are for inspirational and planning purposes only. They are AI-generated approximations and should not be relied upon as exact representations of how a renovation will look. Actual results from real renovations may differ significantly from AI-generated visualizations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate misleading content presented as real photography
• Circumvent any technical limitations or restrictions of the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by ReVision AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

ReVision AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any decisions made based on AI-generated design visualizations.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
